Hand sanitizing stations will be provided and maintained by our staff at both “Welcome” areas and portable toilets.
VENDORS AND PRESENTERS
All of the above, plus:
Vendors are strongly encouraged to make use of physical barriers (plexi shields, etc.) in their spaces, particularly at spaces where payments are made.
Vendors should disinfect any handled payment methods in between customers (credit card payments) if they cannot use touch-free methods.
Vendors are encouraged to offer a hand sanitizing solution to general attendees on their tables.
Vendors who cannot make it to the event due to covid-19 symptoms, please e-mail [email protected] and we will discuss applying your vendor fee to a future event, of equal or lesser vendor fee.
