COVID UPDATE: This is an outdoor event. Masks are optional. Please respect everyone's social distance. If you think you might be ill, stay home.
Please review the original Event Rules & Park Regulations before applying. Upon receipt and approval of your application, you will receive a confirmation email. Once you are approved, your e-form will be considered as valid as a paper contract. E-form submissions will be required to sign a Hold Harmless Waiver, in person, prior to setting up the day of the event.
