2019 Vendor Registration

Please note: We reserve the right to decline vendors or services.

Please review the Event Rules & Park Regulations before applying. Upon receipt and approval of your application, you will receive a confirmation email. Once you are approved, your e-form will be considered as valid as a paper contract. E-form submissions will be required to sign a Hold Harmless Waiver, in person, prior to setting up the day of the event.

    Applications received after September 25th risk not being included in the website or program. Last minute applications risk not being received or approved in time! Vendor fees are ABSOLUTELY NONREFUNDABLE once approved! NO exceptions!
